01. Information We Collect
When you submit a technical issue through our website, we collect information directly from you to evaluate and diagnose your problem:
- Identity & Contact: Your name, work email address, company name, phone/WhatsApp number (if provided), and website or repository URL.
- Technical Problem Description: Plain text descriptions of the bugs, architecture, bottlenecks, or requirements you submit.
- Optional Attachments: Screenshots, log excerpts, architectural diagrams, or configuration files you choose to upload.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: IP address, browser user-agent, and timing metadata strictly for spam detection and DDoS prevention.
02. How We Use Your Information
We use the submitted information exclusively for engineering purposes:
- Reviewing and diagnosing the technical roadblock with our senior engineers.
- Delivering our initial response, scoping recommendation, or question within our 1-hour SLA.
- Creating a trackable problem reference ID (e.g., #NX-XXXXX) for continuity.
- Communicating project updates, timelines, and deployment deliverables during active engagements.
We do not add your contact information to unsolicited email marketing lists, nor do we blast newsletters or sales cadences.
03. Code, Credentials & Infrastructure Confidentiality
We understand that diagnosing critical bugs often involves inspecting sensitive code snippets, environment errors, and architectural topology. All data submitted is treated as proprietary and confidential under standard non-disclosure practices.
PRO-TIP ON CREDENTIALS:Please never submit unencrypted production passwords, secret keys, or live access tokens via our intake form. If credential exchange is required during a project, we will provide a private, zero-knowledge secret-sharing link.
04. Data Retention & Right to Deletion
Lead intake records are retained in secure, access-restricted storage to preserve context for ongoing client relationships. You have the unconditional right to request the permanent deletion of your contact details, problem logs, and uploaded files at any time.
To request immediate data purging, simply email privacy@nimbtrix.com with your reference ID.
05. Sub-processors & Infrastructure
We utilize minimal, enterprise-grade cloud providers for operational infrastructure:
- Hosting: Vercel & AWS (Encrypted transit via TLS 1.3).
- Transactional Email: Resend (Direct API transmission of lead confirmations).
